#YearofMindfulness Day 10: Support

I'm thrilled to see mindfulness becoming part of my everyday routine. A large factor in my success has been my husband's support and encouragement in weaving mindfulness into our expectations. As we're planning our day, my husband says, "And then we'll do ___ after you practice mindfulness," or "While you're practicing mindfulness, I'll take care of ___". Because his support, mindfulness is becoming as much a part of my day as brushing my teeth and eating meals.

Area for growth: Continue to prioritize mindfulness every day.
