I tried something new today: focusing on breathwork instead of on guided meditation. For me, the most helpful part of guided meditation is when I'm reminded to breathe . . . so why not go straight to breathing? I like this free app: Breathly; it's simple, it doesn't invade my privacy, and it's easy to use. I felt so relaxed after practicing Ujjayi breathing, I almost fell asleep!
Area for Growth: Try 5-minute breathing exercises throughout the day whenever I feel overwhelmed.
Wins: I practiced mindfulness twice yesterday!
