#YearofMindfulness Day 107: Breath

Breathing is a simple thing, but some of us have to be reminded to do it--and coached through it. Obviously, I breathe all the time; however, it's when I stop to focus on my breath that I begin to calm down. Consciously breathing in and out slows my mental chaos so my priorities emerge.

Area for Growth: Practice breathwork throughout the day.

Wins: I practiced mindfulness once today!
