#YearofMindfulness Day 12: Plan

This afternoon, I was caught by surprise when naptime coincided with a group call--no childcare needed! My delight dissipated as my son woke up, thus ending the call, when I realized that my usual space for mindfulness had been bulldozed. I missed my afternoon mindfulness check-in.

Area for growth: Examine my calendar, and make alternate plans for how to practice mindfulness when other things are scheduled during the time when I normally practice.

Wins: I practiced mindfulness twice today!
