#YearofMindfulness Day 18: Brainstorm
Because of a bedtime complication, I fell asleep before practicing mindfulness. I'm trying to create foolproof structures for ensuring that my mindfulness practice happens three times each day, but that third practice seems wily and untamed. Perhaps it is even more important than the other two practice sessions, since it can set the mood for my nighttime sleep.
Area for growth: My morning mindfulness practice and my afternoon mindfulness practice have become reliably integrated into my daily routine; it is my bedtime mindfulness practice that remains elusive.
