#YearofMindfulness Day 20: Bonus
Do I get extra credit if I practice mindfulness more than three times? I listened to two guided mindfulness recordings when I was awake in the middle of the night, falling asleep before the second one finished. I also practiced mindfulness mid-morning, in the afternoon, and before bedtime. I felt more relaxed than usual all day. Hmm . . . maybe there's something to this?
Area for growth: I want to look for extra moments throughout my day in which I can practice mindfulness, even if it's just for a few minutes at a time.
