#YearofMindfulness Day 22: Prioritize

Now that I'm remembering to practice mindfulness daily, I'm becoming lazy. Because I want to prioritize mindfulness, I want to practice mindfulness first, and then if I still have time for anything else, I can start working on my to-do list. I don't want mindfulness to be something that is hastily crammed in at the last minute, just to be checked off a list.

Area for growth: Practice mindfulness first.

Wins: I practiced mindfulness three times today!
