#YearofMindfulness Day 25: Tired

When I began practicing mindfulness before bedtime (yay!), I realized that I had not done my afternoon mindfulness practice. I'm not sure why it never occurred to me. I'm not sure why my brain is having these lapses in even remembering to practice mindfulness, other than that I've been going to bed several hours later than usual all week, and I'm exhausted.

Area for Growth: Figure out how I can get everything done earlier in the day, so I can go to bed earlier.

Wins: I practiced mindfulness twice today!

Takeaway: I'm tired. How do you stay on top of things when you're tired?
