#YearofMindfulness Day 26: Persist

Despite feeling even more exhausted than I have felt in the past few days, I remembered to practice mindfulness three times today! I'm proud of myself for pushing through the discouragement of forgetfulness to persist in meeting my action steps, instead of just giving up. I feel reinvigorated to continue pushing myself to do hard things, even when I fall short of my goal.

Area for Growth: Pause to celebrate getting back up again after two days off--don't just forge ahead, past this milestone.

Wins: I practiced mindfulness three times today!

Takeaway: Life consists of ebbs and flows. If I forget to practice mindfulness some days, that doesn't mean I'm a failure. The real test of who I am comes after I fall: do I get up and keep going, or do I just lay there?
