#YearofMindfulness Day 27: Commit

I'm relieved--as well as proud--to report that I practiced mindfulness three times today! Each day that I pause to be present in the moment is another day that I have chosen to live mindfully. Every time I sit down to practice mindfulness, I consciously choose to do this right now, instead of doing something else. It's a big commitment.

Area for Growth: I hope that as I continue choosing mindfulness each day, my desire to practice mindfulness will continue to grow stronger. Right now, it's still such a temptation to launch into my to-do list instead.

Wins: I practiced mindfulness three times today!
