#YearofMindfulness Day 29: Act

I meant to practice mindfulness this afternoon, but forgot because my routine was slightly off, so at the time when I normally do it, I was doing something else. Because my routine was a little different than usual, I consciously thought, "I have to remember to practice mindfulness!" and then I got distracted, and I forgot.


Area for Growth: I need to act immediately when I think of something.


Wins: I practiced mindfulness twice today!
