#YearofMindfulness Day 30: Extra
I snuck in an extra mindfulness practice this afternoon, then chose to forego my bedtime mindfulness practice. Every time I practice mindfulness at the beginning of the afternoon and again at the end of the afternoon, I feel significantly more relaxed all day. It makes me want to add in this extra session every day.
Area for Growth: I wish I had still practiced mindfulness before bed; it's a great way to wind down before falling asleep.
Wins: I practiced mindfulness three times today!
Takeaway: Sometimes, practicing a new habit even more frequently than planned is actually fun. What makes you want to practice extra?
