#YearofMindfulness Day 32: Enjoy

People practice mindfulness for a variety of reasons: to improve sleep, to decrease stress, to be better able to relax, etc. So far, the main benefit I'm noticing from my mindfulness practice is that I'm enjoying my life more: I'm more aware of the present moment (instead of constantly planning for the future), and I feel more relaxed overall--and I'm only 32 days in! I can't wait to see the new and improved me after I've been practicing mindfulness daily for a year!

Wins: I practiced mindfulness three times today!

Takeaway: While it can be challenging to consistently prioritize mindfulness, the benefits really are worth it. What do you hope to gain through habit change?
