#YearofMindfulness Day 33: Team

Today, I practiced mindfulness as planned in the morning and at bedtime, but our afternoon schedule was a little off, and even though I created an alternate plan to still include mindfulness, I realized at the end of the afternoon that I had completely forgotten to do it. Not only did my husband make space for me to immediately insert my mindfulness practice into our day, he decided to practice mindfulness with me at that moment. His support is a significant factor in my success in establishing a mindfulness practice.

Area for Growth: Practice mindfulness first! I'm less likely to forget about it then.

Wins: I practiced mindfulness three times today!
