#YearofMindfulness Day 34: Treat

When I found a free moment this afternoon, I remembered how relaxed I felt on previous days when I added an extra mindfulness practice session, and I knew that this extra relaxation was my wish for my "me" moment today. I'm excited that mindfulness practice is becoming a go-to treat for me!

Area for Growth: Find more moments in which to integrate mindfulness.

Wins: I practiced mindfulness four times today!

Takeaway: Taking the time to intentionally pause and reset throughout the day is a treat. How do you treat yourself?
