#YearofMindfulness Day 36: Generous
My third mindfulness practice today was short--6 minutes (instead of my goal 15). I'm glad that I did it, but I'm sad that I didn't prioritize the whole time. I always feel better when I do a full session, and I feel even better when I add in extra sessions. I felt robbed with this token practice.
Area for Growth: Prioritize the full mindfulness session each time I practice mindfulness.
Wins: I practiced mindfulness three times today!
