#YearofMindfulness Day 37: Assumption
I prioritized my full mindfulness practice three times today! This is such an encouragement as I endeavor to build this habit of regular formal mindfulness practice and informal mindfulness. I'm especially encouraged that no matter how many times I miss my goal, each day I'm continuing to start again with the assumption that I can do this--and that I want to do this!
Area for Growth: Assume that my formal mindfulness practice can be a regular part of every day, including those that are different than usual (e.g. while traveling, on weekends, etc.).
Wins: I practiced mindfulness three full times today!
