#YearofMindfulness Day 39: Rest

For the last several weeks, I've pushed myself even harder than usual, studying and working during every spare minute when I wasn't practicing mindfulness. My body cried for a break, but I had a self-imposed deadline to beat. This afternoon, my health crumbled, and I spent the rest of the day in bed. I was tired. I chose not to practice mindfulness in the afternoon or in the evening.

Area for Growth: Figure out how to practice mindfulness when my routine is off and I don't feel well.

Wins: I practiced mindfulness once today!
