#YearofMindfulness Day 40: Stop
This was the first day I almost chose not to practice mindfulness at all. I was so tired. I fought sleep and declined mindfulness practice twice, and chose instead to watch a show. In hindsight, I'm annoyed about this. My body cried for rest. What holds me back from stopping the busyness, the doing, and listening to the pleas of my body just to sleep?
Area for Growth: Choose to practice mindfulness even when I'm sick and/or tired.
Wins: I practiced mindfulness once today!
