#YearofMindfulness Day 41: Breathe

The good news is that I did three full mindfulness sessions today. The bad news is that I'm not sure whether they count, since during each one I was so distracted, I felt like a crazy person. On the plus side, I did continue to return to the recording over and over and over again. On the negative side, why is it so hard for me to focus? Any time during the session when I remembered to concentrate on my breathing, the chaos subsided.

Area for Growth: It's easier for me to focus on guided meditation when my environment is quiet. However, it's when everything is chaotic that I most need a calm mind.

Wins: I practiced mindfulness three times today!

Takeaway: Breathing is important. How do you remember to breathe?
