#YearofMindfulness Day 42: Messy

I think I still haven't fully recovered from my weekend illness: a wall of tiredness hit me around 2 p.m., and while I prioritized my afternoon mindfulness practice anyway, my evening mindfulness practice was shorter than usual.

Area for Growth: Figure out how to push through a full mindfulness practice session when I'm tired.

Wins: I practiced mindfulness three times today!

Takeaway: The challenges I'm facing in implementing a mindfulness practice are because this is real life, and life is messy. How do you account for real life when adopting a habit?
