#YearofMindfulness Day 43: Four

Thanks to waking up at midnight and slipping in an extra mindfulness session at that time, I practiced mindfulness four times today! For me, it seems like there's some magic about practicing mindfulness four times. Every time I practice mindfulness, my mental state thanks me. However, when I do it four times within one day, I feel significantly more relaxed.

Area for Growth: Start my evening mindfulness practice earlier in the day.

Wins: I practiced mindfulness four times today!
