#YearofMindfulness Day 45: Two
I happily practiced both my morning and my afternoon mindfulness sessions, and didn't even realize until I woke up the next morning that I never practiced mindfulness before bedtime: I fell asleep without realizing that I had skipped evening mindfulness!
Area for Growth: Practice evening mindfulness right after supper, so there's no way I can forget to include it.
Wins: I practiced mindfulness twice today!
