#YearofMindfulness Day 47: Remember

Thanks to my calendar reminder, I finally remembered to practice my afternoon mindfulness session on a weekend! Bonus: my husband did it with me! I'm looking forward to the day when I can practice mindfulness with our children, too.

Area for Growth: Keep mindfulness in my awareness, so I notice opportunities to practice it.

Wins: I practiced mindfulness three times today!

Takeaway: I'm discovering that a significant part of integrating a new habit is just remembering it. How do you remember what you're trying to integrate?
