#YearofMindfulness Day 50: Proud
After sleeping less than three hours last night (thanks to a child's unusual nighttime antics), and without the relief of an early bedtime since I teach an evening class, I'm proud to report that I chose to practice three full formal mindfulness sessions today, even though I wanted to sleep instead.
Area for Growth: Create a reminder to add in a fourth mindfulness session, especially on days when I'm even more tired than usual.
Wins: I practiced mindfulness three times today!
Takeaway: Practicing our habits--especially in the face of complications--is something to be proud of. What are you proud of today?
