#YearofMindfulness Day 54: Triumph

I practiced mindfulness three times today--and it's a weekend day! I was so upset about how poorly I've done recently in regard to my goal, that I grunted through the disorientation of the schedule abnormalities that define the weekend, and I triumphed over the obstacles!

Area for Growth: Design a way to dance back more quickly from disappointment.

Wins: I practiced mindfulness three times today!
