#YearofMindfulness Day 55: Intentional

It's a relief to report that I again practiced mindfulness three times today--and my final mindfulness session was even longer than usual (I was trying out a new guided meditation)! Prioritizing each of these mindfulness sessions required intentionality and effort. Each time, I had to consciously choose to practice mindfulness instead of any other pursuit, and each time I had to arrange childcare so I had the space (physically and mentally) to follow through.

Area for Growth: Continue to show intentionality in arranging my schedule to follow through on this lifestyle change.

Wins: I practiced mindfulness three times today!

Takeaway: Mindfulness requires intentionality. How do you practically arrange to pursue your goals?
