#YearofMindfulness Day 56: Schedule

Today, as I added meetings to my calendar, I also added reminders to practice mindfulness. Since my schedule would be different than usual, I wanted to make sure I remembered to practice mindfulness. I'm encouraged that I'm now remembering to factor mindfulness practice into my plans.

Area for Growth: Continue to plan for mindfulness, especially during schedule changes.

Wins: I practiced mindfulness three times today!
