#YearofMindfulness Day 57: Calm

I practiced mindfulness three times today--and I practiced it first (before tackling my to-do list)! I'm relieved and proud that I prioritized mindfulness. I felt so much calmer and happier today than usual--despite being awake most of the night--and, while I think that was partly because our child napped for over four hours total (a record!), I think another factor was that I prioritized mindfulness. It's a treat to have such a positive day.

Area for Growth: Continue to prioritize mindfulness practice first.
