#YearofMindfulness Day 59: Victory
Every day that I follow through on my plan to practice mindfulness at least three times, I feel like my fingers are crossed--like I'm holding my breath. Now that I've missed the mark so many times, I hope that following through today wasn't just a dream. I admit that I did follow through today, but I wonder how many more days I'll be able to continue. Victory today puts a lot of pressure on continued victory in the future.
Area for Growth: Celebrate today's victories, instead of pessimistically anticipating the end of the winning streak.
