#YearofMindfulness Day 6: Live in the Moment

Children are mindfulness experts: they live in the moment, noticing the toy in front of them right now, hearing and remarking about the siren passing by outside, yelling when they are hurt or hungry or tired.

Area for growth: Quit visualizing or planning what happens next, or ruminating on conversations that happened last week. Instead, luxuriate in what is going on now.

Wins: I practiced mindfulness three times!
