#YearofMindfulness Day 60: Believe

I can hardly believe it--I practiced mindfulness three times today, and it's a weekend! I busted the limiting belief that it's basically impossible to accomplish my goal on a weekend because my schedule is so different between the weekdays (when it works to consistently practice mindfulness) and the weekends (when it doesn't). I feel like I'm living in a fairy tale!

Area for Growth: Believe that it's possible to consistently practice mindfulness every day--even on weekends.

Wins: I practiced mindfulness three times today!

Takeaway: It might take more effort to consistently practice mindfulness on the weekend, but it is achievable. What do you tell yourself when you encounter hurdles?
