#YearofMindfulness Day 61: Conscious
At some point, I know that my mindfulness practice will become a habit. For now, however, I am merely conscious throughout the day that I want to practice mindfulness at least once each morning, at least once each afternoon, and at least once each evening. I have set times when I usually practice mindfulness (during morning nap, during afternoon childcare, right after putting child to bed at night), and I track my progress in the "Goals" section of the Mindfulness Coach app. Measuring my progress keeps my goal in the forefront of my consciousness.
Area for Growth: Continue to prioritize practicing mindfulness first during each opportunity.
Wins: I practiced mindfulness three times today!
