#YearofMindfulness Day 62: Alignment
I experience cognitive dissonance when I say that I value self-care, yet consistently choose not to practice it. That's why actually practicing mindfulness three times each day feels good: because I'm aligning my actions with what I say is important to me. My body and my soul smile when I'm in alignment.
