#YearofMindfulness Day 67: Miss
Due to a last-minute change of plans and not thinking ahead, I forgot to practice my afternoon mindfulness session. However, I did practice mindfulness in the morning and in the evening. I feel good about practicing twice, even though I did miss my stretch goal of practicing mindfulness three times each day.
Area for Growth: Prioritize mindfulness even during schedule changes.
Wins: I practiced mindfulness twice today!
Takeaway: Sleep deprivation makes it hard to remember basic things, including prioritizing mindfulness when my schedule changes. What do you tell yourself when you miss the mark?
