#YearofMindfulness Day 7: Relief

Today, because of frustration from relationship miscommunications, I looked forward to practicing mindfulness. Mindfulness can be that welcome relief where you take time out just to breathe. (Yes, mindfulness did help diffuse the situation, and yes, the challenges have now been resolved.)

Area for growth: practice mindfulness as I'm escalating, not just at scheduled times.

Wins: I practiced mindfulness three times today!

Takeaway: Mindfulness can offer relief from frustration, and a chance to reset the situation. What reminds you to pause in the midst of conflict?
