#YearofMindfulness Day 70: Scaffold

I'm thrilled to announce that because I had added recurring calendar reminders regarding practicing mindfulness prior to or after recurring meetings, I actually followed through on my goal of practicing mindfulness despite a schedule that was a little different than usual! (As I was typing this, I thought of another time that has been tripping my efforts, and I added a recurring calendar reminder there.) My motivation to practice mindfulness is strong; sometimes, I just need a reminder.

Area for Growth: Continue scaffolding where mindfulness practice evades my notice.

Wins: I practiced mindfulness three times today!

Takeaway: Calendar reminders nudge me to practice mindfulness on days when my schedule is different than usual. How do you factor your habits into changing plans?
