#YearofMindfulness Day 71: Know
We arrived home super late from an event, and I was tired. The only reason I practiced my evening mindfulness was because my husband asked if I was going to do it. Having someone who knows what your goals are, and assumes you will follow through on them, is vital to the development of habits.
Area for Growth: Expect as much from myself as others do.
Wins: I practiced mindfulness three times today!
