#YearofMindfulness Day 75: Win

While normally I would focus on the area where I fell short (I missed my morning mindfulness), I'm choosing instead to celebrate that I did practice mindfulness in the afternoon and in the evening--big accomplishments, especially for a weekend!

Area for Growth: Design a way to practice mindfulness first, especially when other things come up unexpectedly.

Wins: I practiced mindfulness twice today!

Takeaway: Following through on my habits--especially when my routine is inconsistent--is a win! What wins do you notice in integrating your habits?
