#YearofMindfulness Day 77: Self-Care

I'm proud to report that I practiced mindfulness three times today, despite someone taking only a 34-minute nap. Although it required strength to prioritize mindfulness when I had such limited time available for doing anything, I'm glad I followed through on my value of self-care. I appreciated the feeling of relaxation that permeated my day.

Area for Growth: Identify other areas in which I should also be practicing self-care.

Wins: I practiced mindfulness three times today!
