#YearofMindfulness Day 79: Recharge

I'm proud of myself for continuing to prioritize my practice of mindfulness, even though it is such a struggle to make myself sit down and be still--to first focus on the present moment, instead of immediately forging through my to-do list--during the limited time I have as my child naps. My mindfulness practice sessions are investments into my self-care. They are reminders to recharge so I have the energy to continue giving to others.
