#YearofMindfulness Day 80: Reframe

Reframing my mindfulness practice as an opportunity to recharge shifted my willingness from a state of begrudgingly prioritizing mindfulness because I know it's good for me to a state of gratefully indulging in mindfulness because it's a facet of self-care. Keeping this reframe in front of me whenever I think about mindfulness will help me to absorb the most benefits from my mindfulness practice. To align my priorities with my actions, it's important that I'm devoting time and attention to something I actually believe in.
