#YearofMindfulness Day 87: Excuses

I neglected my evening mindfulness practice again today, due to a fussy baby and a prolonged bedtime. It didn't occur to me to practice mindfulness later, because I was tired and not thinking clearly. What if mindfulness would have calmed my mind and body after the stressors of the day?
