#YearofMindfulness Day 90: Persevere
Yesterday, a part of me wanted to give up on my #YearofMindfulness challenge. I could say something like "I decided not to continue blogging about it," or "I've decided to focus on my family"; then it wouldn't be so obvious that I skipped an entire day. Another part of me remembered why I wanted to start this challenge: I want to face chaos with calm. I want to be resilient instead of resigned. I want to be a haven.
Area for Growth: Persevere through the hard times.
Wins: I practiced mindfulness four times today!
Takeaway: When I miss a mindfulness practice session, try again the next day. What motivates you to get back up when you fall down?
