#YearofMindfulness Day 92: Bright

Today was a better day: the sun shone, the babysitter came, our child took long morning and afternoon naps and woke up happy, we basked in the sunshine during an invigorating walk, and I practiced mindfulness in the morning and in the afternoon.

Area for Growth: Practice mindfulness after teaching my evening class.

Wins: I practiced mindfulness twice today!
