#YearofMindfulness Day 94: More

A child's good naps provided the space for me practice mindfulness during the morning and the afternoon. A child's late bedtime caused me to forget to practice mindfulness at night. When I'm so tired, it's especially hard to motivate myself to follow through on something that requires discipline.


Area for Growth: Figure out how to motivate myself to practice mindfulness on evenings when bedtime is a battle.


Wins: I practiced mindfulness twice today!


Takeaway: It's hard to expend more effort at the end of the day when I'm exhausted. What motivates you to give even more when you're tired?
