#YearofMindfulness Day 95: Recurring
I again started the weekend with high hopes of breaking my record: since our routine is different than during the week, it's more even more challenging to figure out how to practice mindfulness. My goal for today was my usual three mindfulness practice session. Instead, mindfulness practice didn't happen in the morning (because we were in a training the entire time the babysitter was here) or in the afternoon (because there was no nap), but in a final act of desperation, I managed to slide in a mindfulness practice in the evening.
Area for Growth: Figure out how to prioritize mindfulness on the weekends.
Wins: I practiced mindfulness once today!
Takeaway: I'm irritated to encounter the recurring challenge of consistently practicing mindfulness on the weekends. How do you break out of recurring cycles?
