#YearofMindfulness Day 96: Simple
I practiced mindfulness three times on a weekend! The circumstances were similar to yesterday (no afternoon nap), but the difference was that I enlisted my husband's help. "I want to practice mindfulness," I informed him. And just like that, I had childcare and space to do so. Who knew it could be so simple!
