#YearofMindfulness Day 97: Distracted

For the third day in a row, our child took no afternoon nap; however, I'm proud to report that (thanks to the help of my husband) I again practiced mindfulness three times today! My morning and afternoon mindfulness practice sessions were longer than usual, and I could definitely tell a difference in how relaxed I felt. I was interrupted several times during my afternoon mindfulness practice, but I'm counting it anyway because I kept returning to it (even though these distractions made it more frustrating than restorative, honestly).

Area for Growth: Is there a way to practice mindfulness in the midst of distractions?
